New Menlo College program aims to grow Latino, culturally competent leaders

Menlo College launched a new Latino Leadership Program to develop culturally competent leaders. The program blends classroom learning, mentorship, and community engagement, preparing students to become leaders in and beyond Latino communities. It was introduced during National Hispanic Heritage Month and is open to students of all backgrounds.
